Mr. Townley has more than two decades of experience in the entertainment and sports television sectors. Mr. Townley spent seven years at Clear Channel Entertainment Television (CCETV) rising to the position of President in 2004. During his tenure as President,

Mr. Townley expanded the division's business to generate over $25 million in annual revenue. In this regard, he shifted the division's strategy to include program development and ownership of content. This resulted in the development of original programming for A&E (Biography), CBS (Top Spin), Discovery Channel (Vegas Turns 100) and Spike TV (Pros vs. Joes).

Catherine Scheinman is a senior media executive, with extensive knowledge of the television and film industry in both the United States and Europe. In February 2011, Scheinman joined MY Entertainment as VP, Development.

Formerly VP, Development for IMG Media and Lion Television and Director of Acquisitions and Co-productions at MetroChannel, Scheinman is highly skilled in creating content and developing original reality, lifestyle and documentary programming for major television networks worldwide.

Brianna Marzigliano joined MY Entertainment in January 2011 after working as a Post-Production Assistant on Wreck Chasers (Discovery Channel). She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she produced packages for The BiWeekly Show on the student television network. Brianna has also gained industry experience interning in entertainment news and film production.
