Philadelphia is the Wild West of tow trucking and the only city in the United States that allows "wreck chasing" – a multimillion-dollar business in which tow-truck drivers compete to claim wrecks and collect cash.

Working hand-in-hand with police and rescue crews, the wreck chasers encounter high-speed chases, witness serious accidents and are in constant competition with rivals.
